I’m David Rucker, deeply rooted in the heart of St. Albans, where my journey began and continues with my wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters. My life’s pillars—faith, family, and service—guide me in all I do. From the classrooms of McKinley Middle School to the council chambers of our city, my commitment to our community is unwavering.

Raised in St. Albans, I’ve lived the values of hard work, community, and patriotism. Since 2017, I’ve had the honor of serving you on the City Council, where I’ve focused on making our town safer, cleaner, and more vibrant for every family.

My journey is a testament to the belief that together, we can overcome challenges and build a brighter future for St. Albans. I’m running for Council At Large because I believe in our city’s potential to grow and thrive. Let’s build a brigher St. Albans together!
